Personal, Social and Emotional Development

Personal, social and emotional development involves helping children to develop a positive sense of themselves and others.  Children are encouraged to make positive relationships and develop respect for others.  They also develop social skills and learn how to manage their feelings.  Children understand appropriate behaviour in groups and  they understand the importance in having confidence in their own abilities.
